Customized/personalized and all the other signs you see on our website, are all made to order, once we receive your order it goes straight to production.

Accordingly returns and refunds may not be allowed except in cases of lost or damaged items. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at rmgrgs@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please submit pictures to the item you have received so we can have a better understanding of the issue.
